Refund and Returns Policy

As we are a small business, we do not do refunds or returns.

We kindly ask that you contact us regarding any purchase you may want to make, and ask for more information and pictures for each crystal.

On occasion, if an item does get broken within the shipping process, we will offer a £5 discount on your next order. For this to happen, we need proof that the item is damaged and how the package arrived to you.
